Getting Ready To Come!

Here is the Prelude Packing List to help you prepare for camp! We have recommendations for what clothes, musical supplies, and miscellaneous belongings to bring with you to camp. Please remember our cabins are shared spaces so have a think about what you need to label and bring to stay organized!

During Camp:

Health Concerns:

We have a consulting physician who sees our campers when necessary. We provide a separate quiet space for campers who need to spend a night away from other campers. Porter Hospital in Middlebury is fifteen minutes away in case of emergencies. Feel free to email our Executive Director, Jenny Beck via the website contact form with any health related concerns.

PCP SWAG:

This summer, there are 2 ways to order various types of PCP apparel and items.

  1. Campers will be able to pick out various types of SWAG for sale while at camp. Please bring payment in the form of a check or exact cash at check-in on Sunday pick-up to cover the order. Checks should be made payable to ‘Point CounterPoint’.

      2. You can also order different PCP swag merchandise through another vendor who carries different items that will be shipped directly to your home.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive between 2-4pm on Sunday.  Families will not be able to enter the campus and goodbyes will be said at the car. Please note that we do not provide lunch on check-in Sunday, so it is best to feed your camper before you arrive.

Final Saturday PickupPlease plan to arrive on campus between 10am – Noon on Saturday, the last day of the session.  Campers will be packed and ready to go so that when you pull up, you can collect your child and belongings. We will transport the campers and their instruments to their final concert at the Salisbury Church.  After the concert, the campers will be excited to regale you with camp stories on the journey home.

Final Camper Concert:  The final camper concert this summer will be for campers and families only at the Salisbury Congregational Church on Saturday, at 1pm a few short miles from camp. Concert dress is required for campers.  The concerts usually last about 3 hours and our goodbyes are said at the church.
