THE PCP Kitchen
Chef Steve, a native Vermonter, has been with PCP since 2011. He claims he could survive in the woods as long as he has his rifle, bow and arrow, fishing rod and a knife. Chef Steve hunts, fishes, forages, and with his kitchen staff provides for us three delectable meals daily. We use many locally sourced food products and we make everything but the bread from scratch. Let him know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions to make your stay at PCP delicious and nutritious!
Melissa has been our breakfast and lunch cook for 7 years. She loves getting to know the campers and is a friendly face behind the cereal and fruit counter! Whatever you need, Melissa is happy to find it for you.
Our kitchen staff provides vegetarian options at every meal.
Oh, and by the way. We serve local Vermont milk, and the best chocolate milk in the world. Yes. Really.
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs and Bacon, Pancakes with REAL Vermont Maple Syrup, French Toast Casserole*, Baked Oatmeal*, Yogurt and Granola Parfaits
Lunch: All of our soups are homemade, Grilled Cheese, Baked Potato Bar, Quesadillas and Black Bean Corn Salad
Dinner: Thai Noodles*, Asian style Chicken
